Refund policy
NUNC has a strict 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a refund. The quantity eligible for return is 1 bottle (a 30 day supply). There will be no exceptions.
Subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. If you decide you no longer want to participate in any product subscription, email support@trynunc.com to request the cancellation of your subscription. If your subscription shipped prior to your request to cancel, this will not be eligible for a refund.
When requesting a refund, you must provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Email address associated with the above order number
- Phone number associated with the above order number
- Ship-To address associated with the above order number
To start a refund, submit the required information noted above with the reason for the refund to: support@trynunc.com.
Once your return is reviewed and accepted, a NUNC team member will email you confirmation.
NOTE: There are certain circumstances where the product must be returned in order to receive a full refund. When applicable, these details will be outlined in our initial email confirmation. NUNC does not provide prepaid shipping labels for products that must be returned.
NUNC uses a third party to process credit card payments. Refunds take an estimated 7-14 days to fully process. If you do not see your refund after 14 days, please contact us at support@trynunc.com.
